About Andre LaFountain

Andre LaFountain has excelled in the Real Estate Industry for over 35 years from the early age of 22 and has held the distinguished level of Associate Broker in the state of New York where he and his partner owned and operated one of the top real estate agencies in Upstate NY. Andre and his partner were selling over 300 homes per year consistently for many years and Andre was ranked the #1 Listing Agent in Clinton County, NY for seven years in a row. No one single agent sold more homes than he did in his county. In 2009 the high level national real estate coaching company that helped Andre and his partner become so successful offered Andre the National Sales Director & Coaching position and asked him to move to Metro Atlanta, GA to help them grow their real estate coaching business to the next level. It was Andre’s opportunity to get out of the high taxes and the cold weather of NY and move his family South a lot sooner than they thought they could so they took advantage of it. Andre’s partner took over his real estate team and that business is still going strong today. Andre moved to GA and helped that coaching company grow from 100 members to 498, helping those agents to bring their business to the next level. Andre was planning on continuing to be a coach and eventually retiring from his 9am to 5pm, six figure per year coaching position until he saw the eXp opportunity. Andre knew this new model would disrupt the real estate industry, and he wanted to be part of it. He started focusing on growing his own real estate business again called Christ Centered Home Selling Team - Brokered by eXp Realty and is now licensed in both GA and FL and is currently residing in Venice FL. He currently has over 1300 business partners in 38 states, 5 provinces of Canada and has grown Internationally so are very well equipped to help buyers buy, sellers sell and real estate agents grow, most anywhere in North America. Andre has also achieved the level of GRI - Graduate of Realty Institute – less than 12% of agents in the nation and in 2020 became accredited with National Association of Expert Advisors (NAEA) – less then 9% of agents in the nation.
